Rock Stars & Sports Teams: Here's How to Set the Right Prices
Posted on August 1st, 2011 (1 Comments)

As followers of this blog well know, I have a long running fascination with the pricing of event tickets - going back to my graduate school days when I wrote my Ph.D. dissertation on the profitability of bundling concert tickets. This podcast with the Harvard Business Review discusses why the secondary market exists - but more importantly - how sports teams and rock stars can use dynamic pricing to set the right prices.
As always, your comments on the podcast will be greatly appreciated.
